Community Auto Body has been a staple in the Dundalk community since 1988. Our location has a rich history of automotive repair since 1922 and we take pride in carrying on that legacy of automotive excellence. Our original location was family owned and operated, just like us. Our garage has a heritage of supporting women in the automotive industry for the past 98 years and we proudly continue that history with a female co-owner and operator, female estimators and customer service representatives.
Our comfortable and stylish lobby was designed with the customer in mind and our goal is to make automotive repairs as simple and painless as possible. That’s why we’re here every step of the way. We fully explain the process to you upon dropping off your vehicle, set up your rental car for you, keep you updated throughout the repair process and ensure you are satisfied with your vehicle upon picking up your vehicle. We extensively detail each vehicle before it leaves the shop so that your vehicle truly gets the royal treatment before leaving our garage!
We are a small, locally owned business that supports Dundalk, Canton, Highlandtown, Fells Point and the surrounding Baltimore area. We partner with other local businesses such as Canton Car Wash and Graff’s Garage because we believe deeply in supporting Baltimore businesses. We support our local community, such as the Dundalk Heritage Fair Association and St. Helena Community Association.
We aim to make the drop off process as seamless and quick as possible. Enter into our updated lobby, meet with an estimator for paperwork and then drop off your vehicle. If you need a rental, we can schedule that for you and have them bring the rental straight to you.
We gladly work with all insurance companies. We have direct repair programs with 5 different insurance companies, just ask us for more information.
After a collision, there can be damage that is not immediately visible. When your vehicle arrives at our shop, our X-Ray team meticulously disassembles the vehicle to inspect for hidden damage. When we find hidden damage, we will notify you and your insurance company promptly.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and cash. We do not accept American Express or personal checks.
Yes. We buy cars and trucks in any condition. Let us know what your vehicle is and we will give you a price.
Yes, we perform classic car collision repairs and classic car restoration.
Only if it’s related to a collision repair, but if you need separate mechanical work done, we can refer you to an auto repair shop.
